Dazzle Mi jewelry Return Policy

We would be pleased to exchange or issue a store credit for most items purchased online within 14 days of purchase.  Please be advised that we only process exchanges and store credit for products purchased online at our online store by mail.

*For hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit:

  • Earrings

  • Hair Accessories (including Tiaras)

  • Body Jewelry

*All clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging.If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty please Contact Us or visit your local store.

Please note that If defective, these products may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving them. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined the product to be defective.

 

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse any returns, or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
